About ST4RK.AE Twixtors
Empowering editors, colorists, and visual artists with pristine, high-framerate clips for transformative short-form cinema.
Our Mission
ST4RK.AE Twixtors was founded by a passionate collective of video editors who were tired of low-bitrate screen recordings, watermark-cluttered footage, and stuttery 24fps motion blur that broke velocity curves in After Effects.
Our platform bridges that gap by curating, interpolating, and organizing pristine 4K 60FPS clips and distributing them 100% free of charge. Whether you are creating a fast-paced anime music video (AMV), a Formula 1 hype reel, or a moody cinematic character portrait on TikTok, our packs give you the raw visual canvas you need.
What is a Scenepack?
A scenepack is an edited compilation containing only the most expressive, dramatic, and aesthetically striking clips of a specific actor, character, or event, stripped of extraneous filler scenes. Editors use them to save hours of manual scrubbing through full movies or episodes.
The Power of 60FPS Twixtor
Standard cinema is shot at 24 frames per second. Slowing 24fps down creates choppy playback. We use optical flow interpolation (Twixtor algorithms) to synthesize intermediate frames up to 60fps, allowing silky-smooth slow-motion curves down to 5% speed without ghosting.
Curatorial Process & Educational Mission
At ST4RK.AE Twixtors, our team believes that editing is a legitimate modern digital artform. Modern video editors spend dozens of hours synchronizing audio frequencies, fine-tuning spatial motion blur, and constructing complex typography animations. However, finding pristine source media without intrusive watermarks, broadcast channel logos, or heavy compression artifacts often presents a major technical barrier.
Each scenepack in our repository undergoes a multi-stage post-processing pipeline. We begin by cataloging the highest available quality digital master trailers, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and cinematics. Next, our editors utilize advanced motion-compensated frame interpolation (optical flow algorithms) to track pixel displacement across consecutive frames. By calculating two-dimensional vectors for every moving pixel, our system synthesizes intermediate frames to boost framerates up to 60.00 FPS with minimal warping or edge haloing.
Finally, the clips are curated chronologically or thematically, with extraneous background filler removed. This leaves editors with only the most dynamic lighting setups, close-up emotional performances, and high-velocity action beats ready for transformative creative fan edits under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Code.
